What is it like?   Pinot Bianco from this region has the white pepper and crisp apple aroma, with a generally lean body. The Aristos range is more intense in flavours than the classic range, making it best suited for the Autumn and the Winter, when our palate is more ready for the richer tastes. The nervy and crisp notes make this wine perfect as aperitif or with seafood. Served chilled.
