What is Kerner? a white grape from a cross between riesling (white grape) and Schiava Grossa, a red grape well known in Alto Adige and some parts of Austria and Germany. 

What is it like: with aromas of juicy white peaches and a whiff of daffodils, it is dry and fruity with a light body, and a tanginess that is thirst quenching. It has a lighter body than its sibling Kerner "Sabiona". Serve chilled at around 12 degrees.
