Negretti Barolo D.O.C.G. "Bricco Ambrogio" 2006 Magnum


Alcohol: 14.5%

What is it like? A Barolo will always have a steely character. In the hands of Negretti it carries an elegance. Bricco Ambrogio, the best part of the hill, produces a more forceful wine with fuller body than other Barolos from Negretti. 

How to serve? To allow our taste buds to better appreciate a Barolo, drink it with food (except seafood!). We suggest grilled red meat, or poultry in a rich sauce. 

Also very important is to let the Barolo breathe, so open 2 hours ahead. Serve at 16 degrees C.
